 PRE-ORDER SHIPPING POLICY

- All orders containing PRE-ORDER items will be held until ALL ITEMS have released .

QUANTITY & ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

- We reserve the right to adjust quantities of products ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and you will be notified of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to "Buyouts" and other instances regarding the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale purposes it will also be subject to a potential adjustment.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

- Currently we ship anywhere in IN THE WORLD. Certain items are unable to be sent outside of Canada due to the publishers wishes. Certain sale items may be exempt from shipping outside of Canada as well. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP/ BE DELIVERED?

- Please allow 1-3 Business Days for your order to process and ship, we are always doing our best to make sure your order is sent as quickly as possible!

- Depending on your location an order will take anywhere between 1-5 Business Days (Canada & USA) and 1-10 Business Days (outside of Canada & USA)* to reach you generally after leaving the store. You will be provided a Tracking Number by Canada Post to keep you up to date with your parcels progress.

NAME, ADDRESS AND PHONE VERIFICATION (SECURITY CHECK)

- Orders may be subject to a Name, Address and Phone verification with the issuing bank of the credit card provided. If there are any mismatches / errors that occur in this process we will attempt to contact you to resolve the issue with your bank. Credit or Debit cards issued outside the USA or Canada are not accepted as we cannot perform this step if need be.
 
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS

- You can provide special delivery instructions in the notes section provided at checkout. If it is last minute change/request or requires special attention please contact the shipping department at 905.275.0708

SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS

IN-STORE PICKUP

- At checkout you will have the option to select In-Store Pickup at one of our two locations. Your order will be processed and held for 1 Month after processing. You must show valid Photo ID when picking up your order. We will need an email from the account that placed the order to authorize another person to pick up the order. They will also need to bring a valid Photo ID matching the name in the email.

FREE SHIPPING in Canada
- If an orders value meets or exceeds $200.00 before Taxes and Shipping Charges you will receive Free Shipping if being delivered to an address in CANADA.

FLAT RATE in Canada
- We offer Flat Rate $11.95 Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in CANADA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel.

RATE IN CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
- We offer Expedited Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel / USPS Expedited and prices are based on weight

RATE IN THE REST OF THE WORLD
- We offer Tracked Shipping on all orders being delivered to addresses in Other than Canada & USA. These parcels are sent via Canada Post and prices are based on weight. You may be contacted for additional shipping fees or information.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
- All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold at the time you place your order, we will attempt to contact you and remove the cost of the item(s) from your order. If this puts you below the FREE SHIPPING threshold we will still honour it as this was a mistake on our end.

 

SALES TAX 
- All orders are taxed according to your Province, Territory or State.

DAMAGED ITEM(S) RECEIVED 
- In the unfortunate event that you receive and damaged items in your parcel please do your best to document the damage with a photo if possible. Please contact us at support@untouchables.ca or call us at 905.275.0708 with your order number and a description of the problem.

-If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well in case this was the fault of Canada Post / USPS and we'll be properly reimbursed. We will gladly exchange, return or discount any damaged items 

ONLINE SALES RETURNS
- Should you decide you do not want a product within 30 days of delivery (or 30 days from its Pick Up Fulfillment) will gladly offer a refund upon return of the product. You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. This excludes Trading Card Game Product and Sports Product where we reserve the right to decline a return. 

ABANDONED PRODUCT:
- We will hold items for in store pickup for 30 days before they are considered abandoned and be reclaimed by the store. If there are extenuating circumstances around you being unable to pick up your item please contact us.

OVERSIZED ORDERS, SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES OR REMOTE LOCATIONS
- In certain cases, additional shipping may be required to be purchased in order to have an order sent. You will be contacted regarding this and should you not wish to pay an agreed upon fee, your order will be fully refunded minus the standard cancellation fee.

UPPER DECK DISCLAIMER:

As an Authorized Internet Retailer, we can not ship newly released Upper Deck products outside of Canada until 1 year after the product's release date, as per our agreement with Upper Deck.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ORDERS FOR ANY REASON IN WHICH CASE YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE A RETURN ON ANY ITEM FOR ANY REASON.
